Do I need to know what my biggest problem is?
No. Most owners arrive focused on the problem they can see, not the cause underneath it. The Locator, business stocktake and work in the room will help us find what is really keeping the business stuck.
When is the next day?
Tell us you would like to join and we will contact you with the upcoming Sydney dates. We keep each day to four owners and will answer any questions before you decide.
Should I bring a manager or business partner?
This day is for the owner who can make the decisions. If another person must be involved for a decision to stick, mention that in your application and we will advise you before payment.
Will my business be fixed in one day?
No. You will leave with clarity, decisions and a practical 90-day plan. The work still has to happen, but you will stop wasting time fixing the wrong thing or trying to change everything at once.
Why only four people?
Because this is not a seminar. Stephen needs enough time to understand each business, challenge each owner and work through the decisions that generic training cannot touch.
